I’ve spent nearly two decades immersed in endurance training. Chasing my own goals, and studying what truly drives performance, resilience, and long-term growth.

As a former Division I runner, my passion for running started early. But after an injury cut my college career short, I became determined to understand what truly drives performance and keeps athletes healthy.

Since 2019, I’ve been helping athletes explore their own potential through personalized coaching.

I hold certifications in run coaching and sports nutrition through UESCA, but most of what I bring to the table comes from years of coaching, lived experience, ongoing study, and a genuine love for the sport.
